Each clip has its own lane
Audio sits on the timeline alongside your captions, text and image overlays, with its own start point — so a sting lands exactly on the cut rather than roughly near it.
Trim and mix per clip
Drag the handles to use just the part of a sound you want, and set its volume independently so it sits under your voice instead of over it.
Sound effects earn attention
A laugh track under a punchline or a keyboard clatter under a typing shot does the same job as a jump cut: it tells the viewer something changed. Used sparingly it holds attention; used constantly it becomes noise.
Pairs with audio clean-up
Clean the voice track first, then add effects. Running noise removal after you have layered sounds in will fight the very thing you just added.

21 bundled sounds across 9 categories, included at no cost. They ship inside the app, so they work offline and there is nothing to download per project.
Can I add my own audio?
Yes. You can import an audio file from your device, or pull the audio out of another video you have, and place it on the timeline like any other clip.
Can I control the volume?
Yes. Each audio clip has its own volume, so you can duck a sound under your voice rather than have it compete. Trimming is per clip too.
Are these sounds cleared for commercial use?
The bundled sounds are licensed for use in the videos you make with the app. Anything you import yourself is your own responsibility — music in particular is a common cause of takedowns on social platforms.
Is there background music?
The bundled library is sound effects and short stings rather than full music tracks. If you want a music bed, import the track you have licensed and mix it under your audio.
